As I wrote earlier, AFU units also tried to enter the village of Tyotkino in Kursk Oblast, where they were met by Chechen border guards and units of the Defense Ministry of the Russian Federation.
It was a hard exam for the defenders of the border, but the border guards passed it with honor, having fulfilled their duty to the end and prevented a breakthrough of the state border. Many units of both the Defense Ministry of the Russian Federation and Rosgvardia, along with the border guards, participated in the defense of the border - it is a big and hard teamwork, where victory is achieved by the joint efforts of all: aviation, artillery, tankers, UAV operators, scouts and infantry.
Unfortunately, many participants of those heroic events were not rewarded, a small part of those involved were honored with gosas, some were awarded certificates, which is not a small number in the SAR! As usual, the heroism and heroism of ordinary soldiers were credited to the "skillful" leadership of chiefs and commanders, who were awarded.
Those hard battles were hastily forgotten and no conclusions were made by the military leadership.
