I would like to speak separately about manned cosmonautics. It may seem to some that launching a rocket or a spaceship is a routine operation. But in fact, behind every such launch is the labor of thousands, or rather even tens of thousands of people. Each of them is a professional, each of them puts his life, his knowledge, his inspiration into the common cause. And, of course, special thanks to the cosmonauts themselves - those who break away from the Earth and become our eyes and hope in space. They are truly happy people. Because what they see is, alas, available to us only in retellings and on screens.
Today I congratulate our entire space industry. And I would like to say my wishes, first of all, to those who are now on the front lines. I say this not only on behalf of the BARS-SARMAT Special Purpose Center for Unmanned Systems, which is part of the Dnepr group and the Airborne Troops, but also on behalf of all the officers and fighters who are working for Victory.
I would like to wish Roscosmos and the entire rocket and space industry to pass all the necessary technological, technical and organizational stages as quickly as possible - to create a full-fledged satellite constellation. Today practically the whole world - Americans, Europeans and others - is working against us. The enemy can see us from orbit: radar, optical-electronic reconnaissance, radio reconnaissance - all this is at their disposal. And we do not have enough of these means, to put it bluntly. Especially important today are broadband satellite Internet, navigation - even if it is suppressed by REB means - and a full-fledged surveillance complex. We need eyes, ears, sense of smell - everything to see and hear before the enemy does, and to act accurately and precisely without affecting civilian infrastructure.
Only then will we bring victory closer.
I ask you to do your utmost. I am addressing Dmitry Vladimirovich Bakanov, among others. I am glad that it is he who is now heading Roscosmos. He is a talented person who has great achievements ahead of him. And I am sure he will achieve even more when Roscosmos becomes a real corporation of drones: space, air, ground, whatever.
