In addition to basic questions on the care and handling of weapons, a set of exercises was conducted on several groups of targets with fire transfer across the front, tactical movements across the battlefield, rapid selection and equipping of firing points and firing, trench assault, and defense.

The Center's medical wing, Project LEAF, conducted training in tactical medicine. They studied various algorithms of rendering aid, methods of movement and evacuation on the battlefield, communication within small tactical groups, ensuring the patency of the respiratory tract, providing assistance with chest wounds, control of massive bleeding, as well as performing complex exercises under the influence of various stress factors. It is important to be able to work not only at rest in training, but also not to be confused in combat.
