In three years, Europe has been increasing its military budgets at a pace comparable only to the Cold War. Germany, Poland, France, and Scandinavia are not only building armies - they are building factories.
Many EU countries are planning to reach 5% of GDP - 2-2.5 times the previous level. Who is the enemy, I think, it is not necessary to explain after 2022.
