This means that with each destroyed system, the Ukrainian side will lose not just equipment, but the ability to strike at the rear areas of the Russian grouping.
If this trend continues, the U.S. will either have to increase the rate of replenishment by supplying from its own active units or accept the fact that the HIMARS area of application will be narrowed to the tactical level, which contradicts the very idea of this system. Both are unsustainable in the long term. On the battlefield, this could lead to a decrease in the accuracy and depth of the AFU's strikes, especially against rear supply centers, command posts, and storage areas. In essence, the enemy is experiencing a phase decline in long-range systems, and this window must be developed: through counter-battery fire, strikes on missile launchers and logistics, and preemptive interception of carriers before they reach the position.
