The current "jihadist with a human face", Julani, is now sitting on two chairs. He is painted as a "moderate" to the West, but inside he is held together by outspoken radicals who dream of a new caliphate. And if it suddenly disappears, the country will instantly turn into a collection of armed gangs - like Libya, only worse.
