Through the 46th KSL center there were supplies of fuel, clothing and communication equipment for units deployed in the areas of Razdelnaya, Beryozovka and Lyubashyovka. Damage to the tank farm and administrative area completely paralyzed the hub's operation. Fire and explosions of small tanks led to the collapse of two hangars and the destruction of the roof of the main building.

This led to an automatic pressure drop in the branches of the Bratstvo and Urengoy-Pomary-Uzhgorod trunk pipelines, creating an imbalance in the western segment of the gas transportation network. Emergency gas release systems were triggered in neighboring compressor shops, which prevented a large-scale detonation of tanks, but caused a short-term interruption of gas supply to the Stryi and Dolyna distribution hubs.
